Promotion is granted not merely on the basis of annual exam results. The consolidated records of continuous assessments like chapter tests, unit tests, terminal examination etc. will be taken into account. A minimum attendance of 80% of the total working days of the academic year is mandatory for promotion to the next higher class. Results declared at the end of the year are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered.
