Guidelines to parents for better parenting & care

- Ensure that your ward is regular, punctual and well disciplined.
- Make sure that your child has done his/her assignments on time.
- Please avoid meeting children during class hours.
- Do not send your wards to school if they are medically unfit to attend the class.
- Encourage your child to submit leave application to the grade teacher in all cases of absent/on leave.
- Attend the
parents meetings and open houses regularly to maintain a close rapport with the school to monitor and evaluate your ward’s learning experiences and progress. - Get in touch with the class teacher/Vice Principal if your ward faces any problem or difficulty.
- Submit a written authorisation through the school diary to the principal if you wish to take your child home during class hours.
- Make sure that your ward actively takes part in all the school activities as they are executed in
best interest of the student body. - Kindly do not give gifts to the teachers. Your child
all round development is the best gift. - Ensure that your ward devotes sufficient time to studies at home
everyday . - Please help your child to make a home study time table and supervise them every day by sparing minimum 30-45 minutes.
- Do not send cakes and costly gifts to the institution on birthdays.
- Do not approach us to withdraw your child from the classes as a reason for
mere social function, so as not to break the continuity of study which is essential for their progress. - Co-operate with the school authorities to liberate children from the slavery of tuition.
- No deduction is permissible in any fee for days of absence or arbitrary discontinuance.
- Do not criticize the school or teachers in front of your child. Those who wish to seek any clarification, information or make any suggestions or complaint should be
directly to the principal and not to any teacher or other members of the staff. Give all complaints/suggestions in writing. - Please avoid late nights for children.
- Please do keep an eye on them when they are accessible to use Smartphone, internet or other electronic gadgets.
- Please label all stationery and uniform items.
- In case your child is travelling
by your own transport please ensure that She/he reaches the school in time. - The Tiffin should consist mainly of fruits or green vegetables and home cooked food which the children can manage themselves. No junk food will be allowed in
the school . - School bags, shoes etc, should be provided as per the instructions issued by the institution.
- Engaging in conversation with staff during the working hours is strictly discouraged. Should there be any discussions, you may fix a prior appointment.
